Yes. Every Drumm’s Leathercraft piece is hand-sewn from start to finish using traditional techniques to ensure strength and durability. No mass production. No machines.
What kind of leather do you use?
We use high-quality, certified, ethically produced Italian leather for all of our products. Each hide has natural variations that make every piece unique.
Where are your products made?
Each piece is handcrafted in Ohio, with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship, and longevity.
Collections & Customization
What’s the difference between Traditional, Artisan, and Legacy Bespoke?
• Traditional pieces are made from natural Italian leather with classic construction and white stitching.
• Artisan pieces offer personalized dye and stitch color options.
• Legacy Bespoke pieces are fully custom, designed collaboratively, and may include exotic leathers and unique designs.
Can I customize a product?
Yes. Customization options depend on the tier you select:
• Artisan allows for color dye and stitch customization.
• Legacy Bespoke offers a fully custom design experience.

Are exotic leathers available?
Exotic and alternative leathers are available only through the Legacy Bespoke Experience, depending on availability and design requirements.
Packaging & Presentation
Do all products come in a gift box?
Only Legacy Bespoke items include a cloth dust bag and gift box.
Traditional and Artisan pieces are thoughtfully packaged but do not include a gift box.
Product Appearance & Care
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Product images are for reference only. Because leather is a natural material, color, texture, and grain will vary, making each piece one-of-a-kind.
How should I care for my leather goods?
We recommend:
• Keeping leather dry
• Avoiding prolonged sun exposure
• Using a soft cloth for cleaning
• Conditioning occasionally with a leather-safe conditioner
Proper care will help preserve your piece and allow it to age beautifully over time.
Are your products suitable for everyday use?
Yes. All items are designed for daily use, balancing durability with refined craftsmanship.
Ordering, Shipping & Returns
Do you offer returns, exchanges, or refunds?
Because every piece is made-to-order and customized to each client's preferences, all sales are final.
How long will it take to receive my Traditional or Artisan piece?
Typically, Traditional and Artisan pieces are delivered in 1–2 weeks.
How long will it take to receive my Legacy piece?
Because of the bespoke process, delivery time may vary depending on complexity and materials. After you approve the final test kit, you can expect delivery in 4–6 weeks.
Legacy Bespoke Experience
What is included in my Legacy test kit?
Your test kit includes:
• A rough draft of your piece (usually heavyweight paper or lower-quality leather)
• Leather samples
• Thread and dye color samples (if requesting a custom color or effect)
• Laser-engraved samples (if engraving is desired)
• A checklist with space to request changes

Do you supply ready-to-purchase items?
